However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting one.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  1. Service Not Delivered
    If we fail to deliver the service agreed upon in our contract, you are entitled to a full refund. This includes instances where the work has not commenced within the agreed-upon timeframe or where the deliverables have not been provided.
  2. Non-Satisfaction with Initial Deliverables
    If you are not satisfied with the initial phase of the service (within the first 7 days of delivery), you may request a partial refund. In such cases, we will review the situation and attempt to resolve your concerns before processing the refund.
  3. Technical Error
    If a technical error or miscommunication on our end results in failure to deliver the expected service, we will offer a full or partial refund based on the scope of the error.
  4. Duplicate Payment
    In case of an accidental duplicate payment, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate amount upon notification.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  1. Change of Mind
    If you change your mind after the project has started and the services are being delivered as agreed, a refund will not be granted.
  2. Completed Services
    Once the service has been fully delivered and accepted by you, refunds will not be issued.
  3. Client Delays
    If the project is delayed or halted due to delays from the client’s side (e.g., lack of communication, failure to provide necessary information or materials), refunds will not be available.
  4. Termination Due to Breach of Contract
    If the contract is terminated due to a breach of terms by the client, including failure to make payments or provide necessary cooperation, refunds will not be granted.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    Send an email to info@dubaisolutions.com or contact us via our website’s contact form, outlining the reasons for your refund request and providing details of the service in question.
  2. Review and Resolution
    Our team will review your request and attempt to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. If the matter cannot be resolved, and your request meets the criteria outlined in this policy, we will proceed with the refund.
  3. Refund Approval
    Once approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed. This will be calculated based on the percentage of work delivered relative to the total project scope.

Cancellation of Services

If you wish to cancel ongoing services, please notify us in writing. Depending on the stage of the project, a partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
